At the Indian Hill School District, our expectation for every driver is to deliver a safe and positive experience for your child. Since 2008, Indian Hill has been more than a place for me to work; it has been a place for me to grow, thrive, and to help others to do the same.
As your director of transportation, I will seek to continue to enhance our training in safety and professionalism that provides our students with the best and safest bus transportation experience possible.
Our team members are many times the first people in the Indian Hill School District family to greet your child, and the last ones to say good-bye – and we do it with a smile. The best moment of my day is when I know a member of our team has made a positive difference in a student’s day … you can’t put a price on seeing a child smile.

Professional Background:
Before joining the administrative team in 2020, Diane Spurlock served as a Certified Onboard Instructor for the District, implementing and organizing a training system for the transportation department. Prior to joining the District, she worked professionally in website design and maintenance, as a business manager, and as a business partner.
