Welcome to the Guidance Department and the College and Career Center

We want to take this opportunity to welcome you to Indian Hill High School. Our academic curriculum has been designed to meet the diversified needs of students in the community. Students may select courses from a list of over 140 choices. These classes include ability groups in mathematics, English, science, and foreign language. Accelerated courses are offered in English, science, and math while students are offered the opportunity to take courses for the Advanced Placement Exams in Modern European History, U.S. History, U.S. Government, Economics, Calculus, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Latin, French, Spanish, Art and Music Theory.

Juniors and seniors may elect to study a vocational program at one of the Great Oaks schools. The more traditional college preparatory curriculum and the distributive educational vocational program are offered at our campus. The school provides a learning resource center for students with special needs. Math, science, social studies and English labs provide extra help for students who occasionally need academic assistance in these subjects.

Students may explore a variety of interests through the extra-curricular activities at Indian Hill. We sponsor more than 25 clubs and 20 interscholastic sports for boys and girls. There is also an intramural sports program for interested students. Your child will receive a Parent/Student Handbook which provides an introduction to the services and programs at Indian Hill High School as well as a description of the various school activities. We encourage you to read this material.
