FLEET & STAFF
Fleet Size	34 buses (2 handicapped accessible with wheelchair lift) 27 assigned to daily route (1 is ½ day afternoon routes) 7 sub buses (used for field trips immediately following school dismissal and replacement buses for those requiring garage service)
Staffing	27 contract bus drivers 8 substitute drivers 2 full time mechanics (sub driver as needed) 1 full time secretary (sub driver as needed) 1 supervisor (sub driver as needed)

PAYMENT IN-LIEU-OF:

Students are enrolled at the following out of district schools that have been deemed impractical to transport via school bus by the Board of Education. Parents receive reimbursement determined by the Ohio Department of Education for providing self-service.

Full day reimbursement during 2009-10 for 1 students attending Nativity, i attending Montessori Academy of Cincinnati, and 1 students attending Otto Armleder Memorial Education Center.

CONTRACTED SPECIAL NEEDS TRANSPORTATION:

The Indian Hill School District contracts some special needs cases with Universal Transportation Services. They provide handicapped van, special equipment, and car transportation for students in our public buildings. Present service provides 2 Amity students transport to home 4 days per week.
