Faculty and Staff Welcome to the Indian Hill High School Web Site.  The links here allow staff to access important information away from school.  Posted on this page are links to the resources you will most frequently need, with a brief description of each.

Microsoft Outlook:  Faculty access to the web client for Outlook email.  If you have trouble logging in, please contact your building technology facilitator.

AESOP (Automated Educational Substitute Operator):  Quick home access to report absences and track leave days.

Acceptable Use of Technology - this is a copy of the district's approved acceptable use of technology policy.  All teachers and students (and other users of the district's technology) are expected to adhere to the guidelines and expectations set forth here.

Blackboard:  This will give access to the Blackboard server for updating assignments, announcements and course tools/documents.

Behind the Blackboard:  Create/access an account on this site to utilize online tutorials and manuals for blackboard.

Conference Schedules - follow this link and login using your formal email address (firstname.lastname@ih.k12.oh.us), creating your own password to print the conferences scheduled online by parents.  Administrators logon here and click the REPORTS button to access reports.

Curriculum:  The Language Arts, Social Studies, and Library/Media curricula are currently viewable on line.  Go to Curriculum Mapper to update curriculum online.

Directory:  The school directory lists the email addresses and school telephone numbers of all teachers and administrators in the district. 

Home Access:  You are able to access your files from outside the district via an internet connection.  Use http://remote.ih.k12.oh.us/oneNet/NetStorage  and enter your network login ID and password when prompted.  Follow this link for complete instructions.

Safe Schools:  SafeSchools is online professional development offered to all our faculty and staff members.

Schooldude:  Online system for entering custodial and IT work requests.

Sophos AntiVirus Information:   Instructions for installing sophos antivirus on your home computer.

Spyware Popup and Removal Tools:  If your home machine is plagued by pop-ups or other spyware, this resource contains tips and links for you to download and install removal tools on your home machine.

Transforming Uses of Technology:  This provides more information on transforming uses of technology, with examples.

Wellness Department:  The Wellness Department at Indian Hill updates this site to provide news on wellness issues in the district as well as healthy tips and other links.
