F 5. The student will demonstrate a knowledge of nutrition and its relationship to fitness.
F 6. The student will be able to evaluate his/her level of fitness.
F 7. The student will demonstrate an understanding of relaxation and its effect on the body

Catching:

C1. While stationary/moving, the student will catch with two hands a small ball that is rolling/flight/rebounding/bouncing from a vertical surface to the various positions of the body.
C2. While stationary/moving, the student will catch with the dominant hand a small ball that is rolling/bouncing/rebounding/flight from a vertical surface to the various positions of the body.
C3. While stationary/moving, the student will catch with an implement(glove) a small ball that is rolling/bouncing/rebounding/flight from a vertical surface to the various positions of the body.
C4. While stationary/moving, the student will catch with two hands an oblong object in flight to the various positions of the body.
C5. While stationary/moving, the student will trap with the dominant/nondominant foot a large ball rolling/bounding/rebounding/flight to the various positions of the body.
C6. While stationary/moving, the student will catch with two hands a large ball that is rolling/flight/rebounding/bouncing from a surface to the various positions of the body.

Throwing:

T1. While stationary/moving, the student will throw a basketball in a bouncing/flight pattern using various arm positions.
T2. While stationary/moving, the student will throw a basketball in an overhand flight pattern toward a target (basket).
T3 While stationary/moving, the student will throw an oblong object into flight overhand with the dominant hand.
T4. While stationary/moving, the student will throw from various arm positions with dominant hand an oblong object in flight.
T5. While stationary/moving, the student will throw an oblong object into flight overhand to a given height/direction/distance.
T6. While stationary/moving the student will throw a small ball in a bouncing/flight pattern overhand with the dominant hand.
T7. While stationary/moving, the student will throw a small ball in bouncing/flight pattern sidearm with the dominant hand.
T8. While stationary/moving, the student will throw a small ball into flight to a given height from various arm positions with the dominant hand.
T9. While stationary/moving, the student will throw a small ball into flight to a given height for a specified distance from various arm positions with the dominant hand.
