The strategic plan for transformational excellence – at the Indian Hill School District the work is GOLD: Global Competence, Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness, Learning-Centered Culture, and Dynamic Stakeholder Engagement. Reporting on the advancements within the strategic focus areas the District made during the 2018-2019 school year is the focus for the seventh publication of the Indian Hill Quality Profile report, released September 11.
“This report captures A Portrait of a Brave,” said Indian Hill Superintendent Kirk Koennecke. “It is the work we do to support our mission to provide exceptional educational services that ensure the intellectual development, personal growth, and social responsibility of each student we serve in a fiscally responsible manner.”
Indian Hill joins approximately 85 Ohio school districts in releasing a Quality Profile report. The Quality Profile includes additional accountability measures that define a high-quality education, and is intended to be a complement to the Ohio Department of Education’s state report card.
“At Indian Hill, our promise to our students and to our community is to offer unparalleled opportunities in academics, the arts, and athletics – and this report is a reflection of our work during the 2018-2019 school year toward that promise,” said Koennecke. “We are excited to share the advancements we made with our community.”
