Indian Hill School District recognized as Top Workplace
Top Work PlacesSix years and counting of enduring excellence that employees value.

The Indian Hill School District has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Enquirer. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“Employee voice is of paramount importance to our Board of Education and our administration; that is why we continue to engage in the Top Workplaces survey,” said Indian Hill Superintendent Kirk Koennecke. “Continuous improvement is one of our core values, and honest feedback is critical to guide future decision making. We appreciate these results, and we continue to examine ways in which we can expand our dynamic culture to deliver the exceptional educational services our community expects and deserves.”
