As the school year has evolved, so have our plans for delivering the excellent educational experience you expect and deserve - despite COVID-19. As such, we have created the following guide to our operations during COVID-19. We will continue to maintain three plans for our face-to-face learning: Plan A; Plan B; Plan C. In addition, we continue to offer our Brave Virtual Academy. Please see important updates below.

Overview for in-person learning models:
- Plan A: Five days a week of in-person instruction
- Plan B: Across the District, unique schedules have been developed per building based on parent and teacher feedback; below you will see a snapshot of the plan for each building, and the links will allow you to access complete summaries of the new Plan B model
- Plan C: Online learning facilitated by assigned teachers if conditions warrant that a face-to-face setting is not safe

Plan C Schedule
In Plan C, all students who were enrolled in the in-person model will report to school in a distance learning model five days per week. Students will not be assigned to Team 1 and Team 2. The same teachers will deliver distance instruction to students as they do in Plan A and Plan B.
What does the new Plan C Schedule look like at your building?
Brave Virtual Academy (BVA)
Students in Brave Virtual Academy will remain within this program with no changes to their educational programming.
Transportation Shifts During Plan A and Plan B
District transportation will continue to be provided to/from school by Indian Hill Schools Transportation Department in Plan A and Plan B. In the new Plan B, Primary/Elementary bus times will remain the same as they were in Plan A. Middle School/High School bus times could be as much as five minutes earlier than in Plan A. Please arrive at the bus stop at least five minutes earlier in the morning. Plan B information will not be available on e-link. If you have questions call transportation (513) 272-4531.
