The Indian Hill School District welcomes legendary collegiate sports leader Sue Enquist to campus to lead the fourth event in the Leadership Summit on The Hill series at 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 20. Indian Hill Middle School and Indian Hill High School students will join community members for the presentation in the Sue Harder Memorial Performing Arts Center for the free event, hosted in partnership with Humanex and the Indian Hill PTO.
“Sue Enquist is a living legend and we are thrilled to host a leader of her caliber on The Hill!” said Indian Hill School District CEO/Superintendent Kirk Koennecke. “This will be an incredible experience for our entire Brave Family, and we thank our IH PTO and Humanex for making this event possible.”
Sue Enquist is an 11-time national championship and legendary collegiate sports leader, named a “coaching legend” by ESPN. Coach Enquist is responsible for building a legendary softball program over three decades at UCLA, producing 15 Olympians, 65 NCAA All-Americans, holding the highest-winning percentage among all Division I coaches, and multiple National Coach of the Year awards. This six-time Hall of Fame inductee will share the deep beliefs, unique insights, and practices that are keys to her success. Enquist is the founder of ONESoftball.com a free online community for parents, players, and coaches. She owns Bruwin Enterprises, LLC., a leadership and business strategies company serving corporate and educational entities.
The Indian Hill School District began the Leadership Summit on The Hill series during the 2023-2024 school year;
Stephen M. R. Covey, New York Times and #1 Wall Street Journal best-selling author, kicked off the series with Sgt. Maj. of the Army
Daniel A. Dailey, U.S. Army retired, who has served with the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Infantry Divisions stateside and overseas. Dailey was sworn in as the 15th sergeant major of the Army on Jan. 30, 2015. In October of 2024, the district hosted former professional athlete
Chris Singleton.
“These sessions are remarkable master-class level leadership lessons for our Braves,” said Director of K-12 Leadership and Career Development Jeff Damadeo. “Ms. Enquist is a powerhouse in cultivating a culture of elite performance, and I know our students, our staff, and our community will learn so much from her experience.”
