The Indian Hill School District is pleased to share Moody's Investors Service has assigned a Aaa rating the District’s estimated $67.2 million School Facilities Construction and Improvement Bonds, Series 2021 (General Obligation - Unlimited Tax). According to the summary issued by Moody’s, the District’s excellent credit profile is rooted in its strong economic fundamentals and highly regarded academics which helps to anchor its tax base and contribute to steady enrollment patterns. Furthermore, Moody’s determined the District's financial condition is solid as demonstrated by its healthy fund balance and liquidity which will be supported over the near term by the successful passage of a new operating levy.

“We are pleased to share this news with our supportive community,” said Indian Hill School District Treasurer Mick Davis. “Our Board of Education and our administrative team work diligently to ensure we are excellent stewards of the investment our taxpayers make in our schools, and the Aaa rating is a direct result of that conservative fiscal management.”

“The Aaa rating is a reflection of both the District operations and the incredible support of the community in which we reside,” said Indian Hill Superintendent Kirk Koennecke. “Our world-class programs offer our students unparalleled opportunities in academics, the arts, and athletics. We know this is what our community both expects and deserves. We plan to deliver.”
